REMZzzs® SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Applies To: All RemZzzs® subscription programs

Purpose and Scope

This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions for customers who purchase RemZzzs® and other products on a subscription basis from Naturs Design, Inc.

This policy is the authoritative source for subscription terms and conditions and, except as otherwise expressly provided, supersedes any marketing copy, website content, emails, or customer service scripts in the event of a conflict.

 

1. Standard Subscription Programs

RemZzzs® subscriptions provide automatic delivery of CPAP mask liners at discounted pricing with free standard shipping.

1.1 Retail Non-Subscriber Pricing

The MSRP is listed in U.S. dollars and excludes applicable taxes.

  • MSRP is $33.95 per box plus shipping.

1.2 Subscriber Tiers and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

  • Monthly subscription is $31.95 per box.

  • Quarterly subscription is $91.35 per shipment ($30.45 per box).

  • Semi-Annual subscription is $173.70 per shipment ($28.95 per box).

  • Annual subscription is $335.40 per shipment ($27.95 per box).

1.3 Subscription Benefits

All subscription tiers include:

  • Free standard shipping (expedited shipping is available for an additional fee).

  • Tiered savings.

  • Automatic recurring delivery.

  • Full customer control over subscription settings.

1.4 Subscription Billing, Payments, and Taxes

  • Subscriptions are billed and payments are processed automatically on renewal dates using the payment method provided at checkout.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring payment details are up to date.

  • Sales tax applies where required.

  • Failed payments generate notification and may delay shipment.

 


 

2. How Subscriptions Work

2.1 Enrollment

  • Customers select a subscription tier and type of RemZzzs® CPAP mask liner at checkout and provide express affirmative consent to automatic renewal terms.

  • The first shipment is processed immediately.

  • Subsequent shipments occur automatically based on the selected frequency.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier availability.

2.2 Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless paused or canceled by the customer.

  • RemZzzs® will give the customer an annual reminder of the renewal at least 15 days, but no more than 45 days, before the renewal.  The notice will be sent using the same method of communication as used to enroll in the subscription plan and will identify the product, the length and any additional terms of the renewal period, the amount and frequency of charges, and how to cancel.

2.3 Customer Control and Subscription Management

  • Customers may manage subscriptions at any time by skipping or rescheduling shipments, changing delivery frequency, updating the type of CPAP mask liner due to mask changes, and updating the shipping address or payment method. Customers may also pause their subscription by following the instructions below.

  • Changes take effect immediately upon submission for all future shipments. Any orders or shipments in processing or in transit cannot be changed; however, the  RemZzzs® Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

 


 

3. Skipping/Rescheduling Shipments 

  • Customers may adjust the timing of upcoming subscription deliveries at any time by logging into their RemZzzs account and navigating to the Subscriptions section to skip, reschedule, or cancel a shipment, or by contacting Customer Care.

  • Skipping or rescheduling a shipment applies to future orders only and does not affect orders that are already in processing or in transit.

  • Skipping or rescheduling shipments does not cancel the subscription and does not impact subscription pricing or eligibility for promotional pricing, provided the subscription remains active and the promotional window is still in effect.

  • Skipping or rescheduling a shipment adjusts individual deliveries and is different from temporarily pausing a subscription, which suspends all billing and fulfillment.

3.1.  Temporarily Suspending/Pausing Subscriptions

  • A customer may temporarily suspend (pause) their subscription at any time without penalty.  When a subscription is paused, recurring billing and fulfillment are suspended until the subscription resumes.

  • All pauses apply to future shipments only. Orders already in processing or in transit cannot be changed.

3.2 How to Pause and Resume a Subscription

A customer can pause their subscription by using any of the following methods:

  • Through the customer’s online account:

  • Once logged into the customer’s online account, the customer can click "Subscriptions," select their active subscription, then scroll down to “Cancel Subscription.”  A pop-up window will appear allowing the customer to select a pause duration of 1, 2 or 3 months.  The customer’s subscription will auto-renew on the date shown in the pop-up window.

Resumption of the subscription can occur by:

  • Automatic resumption on the date the customer initially selects when pausing.

  • Manual resumption by the customer at any time before the scheduled restart date by using the Manage Subscription Function on the website or by contacting Customer Care.

3.3 Effect of Pausing a Subscription

  • While a subscription is paused, no recurring subscription charges will be processed.

  • Fulfillment is suspended for the duration of the pause and no shipments are generated.

  • Upon resumption, the next cycle processes according to the subscriber’s chosen plan. The renewal date for that plan will be extended to add the duration of the pause.

  • Pausing does not retroactively cancel, refund, or credit previously billed or fulfilled orders.

  • The RemZzzs® Return and Exchange Policy applies to orders fulfilled prior to pausing.

 


 

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Right to Cancel

Customers may cancel a RemZzzs® subscription at any time without penalty.

4.2 How to Cancel

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your RemZzzs account using the email associated with your subscription.

  2. Click on the “Subscriptions” section within your account dashboard.

  3. Select your active subscription.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the subscription details page and click “Cancel Subscription.”

  5. Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation.

Please Note: Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the applicable processing date listed in the customer’s account to avoid the next scheduled shipment. Orders that are already processing or in transit cannot be canceled; however, the RemZzzs® Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

4.3 Effect of Cancellation

  • Cancellations take effect immediately upon submission.

  • Customers receive confirmation of cancellation.

  • After cancellation, no product will be shipped or billed unless the customer chooses to reactivate.

  • No refunds will be issued.

4.4 Orders Already Processed

  • Cancellation applies to future shipments only.

  • Any order already processed, shipped, or delivered is governed by the Return and Exchange Policy.

 


 

5. Return and Exchange Policy

Because RemZzzs® liners are single-use, hygiene-sensitive products worn directly on the face, strict safety and quality-control standards are followed and strict return eligibility rules apply. The RemZzzs® Return and Exchange Policy applies to subscription returns and exchanges unless it is inconsistent with the information provided in this section.

5.1 Eligible Returns or Exchanges

All conditions must be met for eligible returns and exchanges:

  • The product must be completely unopened.

  • The original shrink-wrap seal must be intact.

  • The request for return or exchange must be submitted within 30 days of product delivery.

  • The product must be from the most recent shipment.

Photos may be required to verify product condition and prevent carrier disputes. Return labels are issued only after review.

5.2 Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used boxes.

  • Product with broken or removed shrink-wrap.

  • Partially used product.

  • Product delivered more than 30 days prior to the request for return or exchange.

  • Requests due to excess inventory resulting from skipped pauses, therapy gaps, or reduced usage.

  • Preference-based dissatisfaction once opened.

5.3 Semi-Annual and Annual Subscription Inspection Requirement

  • Customers enrolled in Semi-Annual or Annual subscriptions must inspect the first shipment within 30 days of delivery to confirm correct liner, correct size, and mask compatibility.

  • Failure to inspect within this period may limit exchange eligibility.

5.4 Mask Changes and Fit Issues

  • Exchanges related to a mask change are eligible only if the product is unopened, the request is made within 30 days of the mask change, and only the most recent shipment is involved.

  • A photo of the new mask may be requested to ensure accuracy.

  • Exchanges related to fit issues are eligible only if the product is unopened, the request is made within 30 days of delivery, and only the first shipment is involved.

  • A one-time courtesy replacement of one opened box may be considered for the most recent shipment only, at RemZzzs® sole discretion.

5.5 Refunds

  • Exchanges are the primary solution for RemZzzs® CPAP mask liner issues.

  • Refunds are limited and will only be issued in exceptional circumstances approved by management.

6. Subscription Policy Exceptions, Updates, and Notice

  • Naturs Design, Inc., in its sole discretion, may make exceptions to the terms stated in this Subscription Policy in exceptional circumstances.

  • Naturs Design, Inc. may update, alter, or eliminate this Subscription Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the customer’s preferred method of notice provided at checkout and posted on the RemZzzs® website with the updated effective date.
