RemZzzs® Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled for RemZzzs® purchases. It applies to one-time purchases, subscription orders, and sample purchases and works in conjunction with the RemZzzs® Subscription Policy, Order Processing & Fulfillment Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.  In the event of a conflict, those specific policies control.

By placing an order, customers authorize RemZzzs® to charge the payment method provided at checkout for the full purchase amount, including applicable shipping and taxes.  Orders begin processing shortly after they are submitted and are fulfilled primarily through third-party fulfillment partners. Processing timelines and fulfillment status determine whether an order can be changed or canceled.  In general, once an order has entered processing or is in transit, cancellation or changes are not guaranteed. 

One-Time Purchases

One-time retail orders may be reviewed for cancellation only if the order has not yet entered processing.  Orders that have already entered processing or have been shipped or delivered cannot be canceled and are subject to the RemZzzs® Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions generate recurring orders automatically based on the delivery frequency selected by the customer. Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time by logging into the customer’s RemZzzs account and navigating to the Subscriptions section, or by contacting Customer Care by email or phone. Changes take effect immediately upon submission. Customers are responsible for submitting any pause or cancellation request prior to the applicable processing date listed in their account to avoid the next scheduled shipment.

Canceling a subscription stops future shipments and renewals but does not cancel, refund, or credit orders that have already entered processing or have been shipped or delivered. Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled remain subject to the RemZzzs® Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.

Sample Purchases

Sample Pack orders are processed separately from one-time purchases and subscription orders.  Sample Packs are not eligible for cancellation once an order has been submitted.
